Before
the show
Concerts at our club often start at 8 PM but you should check that a day prior to the show not to miss any changes.
It’s a good idea to avoid coming in at the very last minute. Please have your tickets ready when you enter the club.
We accept both printed and electronic tickets but it’s important that you have the bar code or the QR code ready for a quick check when you enter.
We’d also like to remind you that your ticket allows you to enter only once.

years
of age
Minors may enter the club with a written consent of their legal guardian (FORM), unless the club states otherwise at a specific event. Information regarding parental consent for a minor to attend a concert organized by Progresja is necessary for us to ensure the safety of event participants. We require that the child have a completed and signed consent form by their legal guardian, using the form available on our website, and we verify this during ticket inspection at the entrance to the concert. However, we DO NOT COLLECT, STORE, or PROCESS these forms or the personal data contained therein. We only want to ensure that the minor is participating in the event with the consent of their guardian, and we can contact them if necessary.This information applies to concerts organized by Progresja. In the case of events organized by other organizers, they may have separate policies in this regard.
Things you
cannot take
with you
– sharp and heavy objects
– weapon (including melee weapon and gas) – pyro and explosives
– alcohol and drugs
– your own drinks and food
– professional photo equipment (with interchangeable lenses)
– audio/video recording equipment
– any objects that according to the Promoter may be dangerous to other participants of the event.
We’d also like to remind you that we do not have a safe-deposit area so we kindly ask you not to take any of the aforementioned objects with you.
We have a cloakroom operating during our events. It’s located on the mezzanine floor. The number of places in the cloakroom is limited.
You’ll have to pay:
clothing, umbrella – 5 zł
backpack, helmet, bag – 5 zł
travel luggage – 10 zł
lost number – 20 zł.
Since we want to ensure our audience has enough room during the concerts, we strongly suggest you leave your outerwear and bags or backpacks in our cloakroom.
Our club is not fully adapted for people with disabilities primarily due to its architecture (concert hall located on the first floor).
However, we’re always willing to help those who may need our assistance.
Please inform our security if you need such help.
We have two sets of toilets at the club (separate ladies and gents toilets within each set), located on the ground floor (opposite Progresja Café bar) and the mezzanine floor above the concert hall. The toilets are free of charge.
We have 4 bars operating at the club (including two located in the concert hall) serving alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks.
Cash and cards are accepted in all our bars. Due to safety reasons all drinks are served in plastic cups.
A deposit system for reusable cups is in effect at the club. The deposit per cup is PLN 10. Deposits can only be refunded to a payment card, and only at designated refund points. Refunds are not accepted at bars. A cup taken outside the club is considered purchased, meaning it cannot be brought back to another event and cannot be reused under the deposit system. Claims regarding deposit refunds will only be considered upon presentation of a paper payment confirmation issued to the refund point employee. Only a paper confirmation with the transaction number will be considered for processing.
Smoking is not allowed inside the club.
There’s a special smoking area outside with separate doors leading to it, located next to Progresja Café (ground floor).
Please leave the venue peacefully after the concert. Please bear in mind that due to the club’s capacity there may be queues at the cloakroom and near the exit. That’s why our main concert hall (as well as the bars and the whole area designated for the audience) will still be opened after the show ends.
