Can I return, exchange or resell my ticket?
– We have no refund/change policy. However, if you can’t attend the event, we recommend using TicketSwap app to resell purchased tickets. TicketSwap is our official partner, so all the transactions are 100% legal and safe.
When can I pick up my collector ticket?
– Collector tickets are available to pick up only on the concert day once the gates are open
Are tickets sold through the website collector’s tickets?
– Yes, but only when there is an addon in the name ‘collector ticket’
Can a person under 18 years of age come to the concert?
– Events hosted by PROGRESJA are open for all people over 12 years old (with exception of those dedicated especially for kids and teens). Minors may enter the club with a written consent of their legal guardian (FORMULARZ), unless the event information says otherwise.

– clothing, umbrella – 5 zł
– backpack, helmet, bag – 5 zł
– travel luggage – 10 zł
– lost number – 20 zł
the number of places in the cloakroom is limited
